With over 20 years of experience as a Construction Manager and Civil Engineer with a degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Tom brings a wealth of expertise in project planning, design, estimating, and construction. His background spans land development, highway construction, and both commercial and residential building projects.
